Originally we said that Becker's mother was a Czech Jew, but, according to him, "she is Catholic, like my father, but part of her family is Jewish." So our guess is that she does have some Jewish heritage, but that knocks Boris from an I of 2 to 1. Still "Barely a Jew", of course.
